This letter is to congratulate the Transport Service Company Team on achieving the 2010 Dow Bulk Liquid Core Carrier Gold Safety Award.  This award is granted in recognition of your company's performance in transporting Dow products for the award calendar year period, per the following criteria:

Carrier must be:

  • Among the group of carriers who transport 80% of Dow shipments for the geography
Dow Transportation Incidents counted toward award status include:

 
  • Carrier Caused
  • Serious, Moderate and Minor, per Dow criteria
  • Incidents that occur on Dow sites (Site Logistics), gate to gate (Logistics) and at the consignee facility (Customer)
Awards Level:

Gold:  No Serious, Moderate or Minor Carrier Caused Transportation Incidents

Silver:  No Serious or Moderate Carrier Caused Transportation Incidents (meets Dow's 2015 Transportation Safety Goal), and no more than one Carrier Caused Minor incident/10,000 shipments.
