TSC rigorously adheres to all product care and handling standards
as established by both regulatory agencies as well as customer.
TSC believes that its reputation with its customers for its
strict adherence to internally mandated high standards is among
the best in the industry.
Emergency Response
In order to enable Transport Service Co. to respond quickly
to an accident, spill or other emergency, a program was
implemented years ago and has been consistently improved
upon utilizing the latest technologies. This includes the
use of an 800 emergency telephone line monitored 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week for the entire U.S. and Canada, a Safety
Officer always on duty, cell phones and satellite

In the event of a
major incident we have an Emergency Response Coordinator
whose duties include activating our Primary Response Team
made up of top level managers. As part of our team, we have
on retainer Professional Spill Contractors to assist in our
safe efficient procedure for handling any spill. We also
have our own Environmental Specialist to handle the proper
transportation and disposal of any product.
Television Network
TSC has created a Television Network (a modern communication
system which enables us to communicate with a mobile work
force).
The network operates at our terminal locations 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week featuring the latest data on Loss
Prevention relating to accidents, personal injuries, spills
and incidents. It also includes videos on how to
prevent involvement in these incidents as well as
recognizing our employees for their safety achievements,
their TSC anniversaries, as well as their family highlights
(births, weddings, graduations, etc.)
